Subscription Policy
Our subscriptions are designed to make caring for yourself and your home simple, consistent, and nourishing. By signing up for a subscription, you will receive your selected product or products automatically each month.
How Subscriptions Work
When you enroll in a subscription, your order will be processed and shipped automatically on a monthly basis using the payment method provided at checkout. You will receive the same product or set of products each month unless you choose to make changes.
Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date you originally placed your order. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until you choose to pause, skip, or cancel.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your account portal. This includes:
- Skipping a month
- Updating products or quantities
- Changing your shipping address
- Updating payment information
- Canceling your subscription
Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Any future shipments will be stopped once your cancellation is confirmed.
Shipping
Subscription orders ship according to our standard shipping timelines. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Price Changes
If the price of a subscription product changes, you will be notified in advance before your next billing cycle.
